CROSSFIT KIDS
Ages 10-12 - Monday and Wednesday 3:30 PM
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
CROSSFIT TEENS
Ages 13-18
CrossFit for teen is the next level after CrossFit Kids. When your child has the techniques learned in either the CrossFit Kids classes or through Fundamentals training with one of our coaches, he or she can transition into more advanced stages and enter our regular programming.


CROSSFIT
For Everyone
Join us for 1 hour Coach programmed and Coach led classes. CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
Workouts can be scaled—or modified—by adjusting the length, number of reps, loads, distances or even movements.

FUNDAMENTALS OF CROSSFIT
New to CrossFit? Book in with one of our coaches and begin a journey to get faster, stronger and healthier. Fundamentals of CrossFit is an introduction to some basic and most commonly used moments in our classes. It is suitable for everyone at any kind of fitness level. This class will also help our coach evaluate where your current fitness level is at so we can help you get integrated into CrossFit classes. CrossFit is an excellent training program, taking advantage of the body’s natural movements.

SPORT TEAM AND GROUP TRAINING
Depending on your team or groups needs a program can be put together to reach your goals. Join one of our coaches for an hour of unique exercises to strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works
every muscle group.
Sport Team and Group Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasising coordination, balance, stamina, explosiveness and core strength.
